the Spring Supper this year.

Crystal Hightower and
Shannon Harris shared the award for Outstanding Graduate Student
in the Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology this year.

(ETP), and Elizabeth Dooley (right), the chair of the Department,
congratulate Jane Lefevre who was selected by that department
for the Outstanding Graduate Student Award.

Alumni
Spring Supper Occasion for Fun and Awards
The HR&E Alumni Association Spring Supper drew a lobby-full
of alumni, faculty and students in Percival Hall on the
Monday evening before commencement in May. The evening
was an occasion for a light dinner, conversation with
old and new friends, and awards (both serious and in more
light-hearted).
For the fourth
year the HR&E Alumni Association invited each of the
four academic departments to select their Outstanding
Graduate Student. These students received a $100 award
from the alumni group, a plaque,and a clock with the College
logomark.
The Outstanding
Graduate Students for 2002-2003 named that evening were:

the dinner and more formal awards, spring supper attendees
also enjoyed the drawings for a variety of door prizes.
Before they
left for the evening, Alumni President Bill Rosier invited
participants to mark their calendars for two upcoming
alumni events in the fall:

Saturday , September 13, outside
the WVU stadium (beginning about two hours before kick-off
for the WVU vs. Cincinnati game)

Pre-Game Brunch, Saturday, November 1, in the fourth
floor lobby of Allen Hall (beginning about three hours before
kick-off for the WVU vs. Central Florida game)
