Program of Curriculum & Instruction

The Program of Curriculum & Instruction offers Master of Arts degrees in two general categories. For those individuals who already possess Bachelor's degree but are not certified teachers, the Master of Arts with Initial Certification Program is available. For individuals who are already practicing teachers, the department offers specialty area Master of Arts programs enhance pedagogical and content area knowledge.

Practicing teachers certified in Elementary Education, Secondary Science Education and Secondary Social Studies Education are served through our online program to allow for anytime/anywhere learning that fits into their schedules.
